Carta Poder


Carta Poder, or Power of Attorney, is an instrument to authorize a person’s ability to negotiate legal matters, in this case, in Mexico. We have developed an extensive network in Mexico. These types of services at MIGH include, but are not limited to the following:


Carta Poder es el instrumento con el que se autoriza legalmente a una persona para llevar a cabo uno o varios asuntos legales en México.  Algunos de los servicios que se pueden realizar con una Carta Poder otorgada a una Persona en México son:


All Power of Attorney documents require certification (Apostille) from the Texas Secretary of State verifying its authenticity for legal documentation, so that it can be accepted in Mexico.  Without this certification, the above mentioned documents will not be valid in Mexico.

Todas las Cartas Poder requieren de la Apostille. Este es el documento que acredita la veracidad del Notary Public ante la Secretaria del Estado de Texas, para realizar y firmar Cartas Poder y otros documentos. Si usted lleva un documento sin Apostilla no tendrá validez legal dentro de territorio Mexicano.
