Thanks to the federal stimulus grant BTOP- Broadband Technology Opportunities Program, part of the stimulus package to the economy (see our News tab), and our partnership with the Texas Learning and Computation Center (TLC2) at the University of Houston, MIGH was able to launch its own educational platform. This allows for interactive online learning, which proves to be an effective method of teaching.
